Location: Caribbean island of Solarte in the Archipelago of Bocas del Toro,
Republic of Panama. Tranquil rainforest retreat 15 minutes by boat from
shopping, restaurants, and entertainment in Bocas town.

Site: 4,956.33 m2 (1+ acre); buildings are nestled among the tropical growth 45
feet above the refreshing breezes of the Caribbean. Extensive landscaping of
tropical trees, plants, nature paths, concrete walkway to dock, outdoor shower.

Main house: 2,109 sq. ft.; Great Room with 24 foot vaulted ceiling is connected to
covered terraza by 12 large wooden French doors; Master BR, Guest BR, and
two full baths. All the quality furnishings are included.

Design: The main house creates a feeling of integrating the nature of the
outdoors with the security and refinement of the interior. Large interior spaces link
the outdoors through grand doors and large windows. Porcelain tile, concrete, and
light gage steel, are accented and refined by tropical wood elements such as
doors, cabinets, bars, etc.

Off Grid: The house systems generate electricity, collect and store water, and
treat waste.

Solar energy system: Produces up to 65 amps per hour and stores about 1,250
amp hours to power refrigerator, lights, water pump, wireless internet, DirectTV,
ice maker, etc.

Water retrieval and storage system: Rainwater from the roof of the main house
is directed into a 2,600-gallon cistern. A high efficiency water pump, two water
filters, and a chlorinator deliver an endless supply of pure water.
Waste treatment: Grey water system for sinks, showers and the washing
machine and a black water system for the three toilets. Utilizes a biological
filtration process where the black water flows into a separate tank and is
decontaminated. The sanitized remains must be removed every 3-5 years.

Small house: 330 sq. ft. equally divided into 2 parts; machine room, which is for
solar equipment, laundry, and general storage and office/bedroom and full bath.
